HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Once your order is processed (2-4 business days), you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and estimated delivery date. Depending on the shipping type selected at checkout (standard/express), delivery times may vary from 8-12 business days to 5-7 business days, respectively.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PRODUCT HAS A DEFECT OR DOES NOT MEET QUALITY STANDARDS?
If your product does not meet quality standards during normal use:
1. You have 15 calendar days to contact us.
2.At the time of your request:
2.1 You can request a completely new garment (no exchanges for another product).
2.2 Or request a full refund for your product(s) (does not include shipping costs).
